The Hato Cave tour was a fascinating experience! It was really interesting to learn about the cave’s history and explore its stunning interior. Our guide was wonderful—knowledgeable, kind, and always ensuring everyone’s safety. She even took photos for guests, which added a thoughtful touch.

One thing to note is that it can get quite hot inside the cave, but the beauty of the formations makes it worth it. I would recommend this tour to everyone, though it might be a bit uncomfortable for young children due to the heat.

A great activity right by the airport. Tours are run on the hour, every hour, 9-3pm and in multiple languages. Plenty of parking, bathrooms, and a snack shop. The caves are not accessible as you have to climb some steep stairs, and it's quite warm inside. The interior is paved pathways and they have electric fans. We walked in and bought tickets right before the tour started, no need to buy in advance unless you're with a group. There is an "Indian Trail" in site that is accessible with a paved path circuit but wasn't worth the hot walk.

Beautiful caves! The tour guide was a sweet young woman explaining us everything and waiting patiently until I translated it for my mom. Took pictures of us without us asking and really funny too!

It was great to learn some history about the island through this tour. Got to see bats and cool formation throughout the cave. Definitely worth a visit.

Excellent tour with very informative guide. Cost is only $ 10 USD for non local admission with groups going in about once an hour. Staff fluently speaks 5 languages to accommodate a variety of travelers. Clean restrooms!

Exploring the Hato Caves was an absolute blast! Having never been to an above-ground cave before, the experience was truly magnificent. While it's a bit of a hike to reach the top, let me tell you, it's absolutely worth it! The care and preservation of the caves are commendable, and it's evident that they're treasured by those who manage them. My kids had a blast exploring too, and witnessing their excitement made the experience even more special. The caves are a beautiful sight to behold, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an adventure coupled with natural beauty.

We went to Hato Caves based on a local recommendation. We got the tour and enjoyed the unique setting. Was not a long stay, but was fun for our family to see more of Curacao and the formations created long ago.

I went with my family and friends to Hato Cave in the beautiful island of Curacoe 🏝️ and had a beautiful time. The sight of the cave is incredible. It just so happened that my sister’s and I outfits blend perfectly with the surroundings and our pics turned out great. One tip of advice wear comfortable shoes 👟. Although I had my flats, I managed. The caves were very cool. It was a nice attraction to attend while on the island. It was cool to see and learn about the caves and I know they were once underground. It was difficult at times to hear the guide, especially if touring with a big group. The walk around the area was nice after to check out all the plant life.

Inside the caves pictures and videos were only allowed in specific areas. Oh and we got to see a cool view of a bat nest.

The caves exceeded my expectations. The no pictures rules was likely to keep everyone together but felt oppressive. Affordable entertainment. Would have been nice to have ice cream available as it was quite warm inside the caves. The guide was hard to understand and needed to be genuine not rehearsed.
