I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Brass Boer. From the moment I arrived, the service was shockingly unprofessional and rude.I had a booking for 10 o’clock but arrived 12 minutes early, simply to ask if I could drop off my towel ahead of time. To my surprise, the staff member who was sitting at the reception area didn’t even bother to stand up to acknowledge me. She had her legs up on a table, which already gave a very unprofessional impression. When I politely asked if I could leave my towel, her response was cold, dismissive, and rude. Instead of handling my request in a professional or courteous manner, she bluntly told me to come back at 10 o’clock. The lack of any effort to be polite or accommodating in her response left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected.It’s one thing to follow a policy and ask me to come back at the scheduled time, but the way she addressed me, with complete disregard for basic customer service, was unacceptable. I’ve been to many establishments, and this level of indifference and lack of professionalism is not something I expect, especially from a place that markets itself as a high-end restaurant and beach club.When I returned at 10 o’clock, I was so frustrated by her attitude that I decided to cancel my reservation altogether. If this is how they treat guests, I have no desire to spend my time or money at this establishment.I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the experience left a terrible impression on me. A simple show of basic respect and professionalism could have turned this into a positive experience, but unfortunately, that was lacking in every aspect of my visit. I will not be returning, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.

We were on a cruise ship and wanted to spend the day at a beach club. This was exceptional! We had nice lounge chairs and towels in the shade on the rocks overlooking this gorgeous bay. To get into the water you go down a ladder into pristine warm calm waters filled with fish. We went to the restaurant and had a delicious lunch. We found a fantastic shuttle driver ‘Sue’ as we exited the ship. She took us and picked up and brought us back. A truly enjoyable day on Curaçao!

Super relaxed vibes. Simple food. Recommend to rent a bed here (25$ pp) for a day just for the peace.

We were staying on the resort and had a bit of difficulty to understand where to go inside with google maps as we were not actually at the beach.The staff is very friendly and quick to take orders when sitting at a table (not sure about service at beach chairs).The food was average, not amazing but ok - the flammkuchen and pizza crust tasted pretty similar (very thin and crunchy).

During our holiday in Curaçao, we booked reservations at Brass Boer in Blue Bay. It exceeded our expectations, and we relished both the food and drinks, as well as the outstanding service. The location and interior of the restaurant are stunning. During the day, you can enjoy a delightful lunch in the restaurant or simply relax on your beach bed with a view of the sea. In the late afternoon, you can witness and enjoy the sunset with a cocktail in hand. Despite not being Blue Bay enthusiasts (it's feels too American), we very much look forward to visiting Brass Boer restaurant and the beach again! See you all soon!

Lunch at Blue Bay beach offers two restaurant options and what a delight Brass Boer was. I was nervous reading other reviews so my expectations were low.The atmosphere is perfect! The food was decent and the service very friendly.We had the fries with beef stew and the flammhuchen for lunch. Fries were very crispy (which is a plus for me) they were a little light on the beef stew.The Flammhuchen was slightly overdone unless you like blackened edges. Again the shredded chicken was sparse. Actually could hardly tell it was part of it but it was decent enough.Overall, would I eat here again? For the atmosphere and the food we ordered, yes.Did it knock my socks off and would I recommend to a friend? No and probably with a preference that it won’t be the best food but the ambience makes up for it.

I recently had dinner at Brass Boer Curaçao and it was a truly delightful experience. The food was a pleasant surprise, different from the usual but incredibly delicious, showcasing a unique and tasteful culinary perspective.The selection of wine was impressive, complementing the meal beautifully and enhancing the overall dining experience. While the dinner did span over approximately 4 hours, it was a testament to the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere the restaurant cultivates. It's a place where time seems to slow down, allowing you to savor every bite and moment.The ambiance of Brass Boer is worth noting, striking a balance between elegance and comfort, making it an ideal setting for a special night out. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to indulge in a unique culinary journey in a beautiful setting.

We had a wonderful night at Brass Boer. We ordered Oysters, three small dishes that were served after each other, and one main course to share (the Red Snapper that came deep fried).Everything was beautifully presented and delicious. This restaurant seem to have ambitions for a Michelin star.When the restaurant filled up, service got a little bit less frequent perhaps, but still 4/5 on service and 5/5 on food and atmosphere.I think this is Curaçao’s best restaurant, and the prices are not bad for what you get.
