Experience the bliss of excellent service at this hotel. The management of the hotel was perfect and the hotel's collaboration for breakfast (with Sweet Sin) was really good. Above all, you shouldn't miss out on Ormanoly and Shelsie's warm and friendly service.

I had so much hope for this hotel but it was lack luster. The hotel is in the center of the city and is a great spot for walking over the bridge and shopping in town. The bad part was the hotel itself. The hallway carpets are disgustingly dirty, the rooms were not like the pictures, I almost left but we were only staying one night so I stuck it out. We went up to the roof top bar, no one was there. The place felt like the ghetto and I will definitely not be staying there again. Oh and the parking! There isn’t any strictly for the hotel, you have to get lucky and find a spot out front which was almost impossible and our hubcaps on our rental got stolen from that parking. Never again!

The hotel is super central, located in Punda area, within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, shops and Willemstadt attractions.The rooms are big, comfortable, and clean. Housekeeping service is very good, although the reception service could be improved - this generally applies to most commercial activities on the island, where attention to customer is pretty low for Western standards.Overall, quality price ratio is excellent in my opinion!You must visit the rooftop bar and restaurant, probably the best location in the capital city

My friends & I stayed at Elements for a week & had the best time! The hotel is centrally located & walking distance to great shops & restaurants. Favorite part of our stay at Elements was the rooftop restaurant/bar. The restaurant served delicious eats & had a great DJ set every night.Highly recommend & will definitely be back again!

Elements is located right in downtown Punda area which was super convenient for my trip, it is within walking distance of a lot of shops, food, and local attractions. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean; cleaning services does well cleaning throughout hotel and specific rooms. I like that the hotel had security as it is an outdoor hotel, security officials were always super friendly and helpful! Front desk hosts were all very informative, helpful, and personable which made my stay more enjoyable. The rooftop of the hotel is nice to enjoy after a long day; didn’t care for the restaurant on the roof but they had good drinks. Overall, clean and convenient hotel choice with some luxury amenities!

Thank you for a nice stay! It was a comfortable room, with plenty of sunlight. The plugs were 220v and they also had USB chargers by the bedside. The Tea & cigar shop downstairs I loved- made great souvenirs for family back home!

Stayed at Elements this past weekend with a group of 4 friends. We were looking for a good value, luxury hotel and being in the center of Punda was the priority for us. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was no issue as the room was cleaned everyday. The rooftop bar, Cascada, is a great spot for evening drinks to check out the sunset with the view of the city. I would recommend for future travelers as it is easiest being in the center of the city when visiting.

Everything about this hotel is amazing ! The staff made the stay even more enjoyable, their demeanor was just so different from most hotels . They were super friendly, polite, informative, and just eager to help make your stay the best . I don’t remember the names but all of the ladies at the front desk made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. 5 stars across the board . Honestly this was one of the most comfortable stays I had out of the country at a hotel . The location is perfect being near so many places to eat and shop . The rooftop Cascada gets really lit at night if you like to dance and vibe ,there is also hookah . We stayed during the week and every night a time was had ! We also walked to a small beach literally right across from this hotel . The rooftop pool wasn’t really big but it gets the job done , we didn’t miss a day with that either . This is now our go to hotel for whenever we come back to visit curaçao!

Overall stay was 8.5/10. Room was beautiful. Front desk staff were nice & helpful. Location was great we were walking distance from majority of the restaurants in the town. Food at Sweet Sin was great the bartender from St.Lucia gave 10/10 service. My only complaints are the bathroom toilet had the room smelling like a sewer some days & the walls are thin. But overall great stay
