We picked this spot because of the strong reviews (although not many of them overall as of the time of writing) and proximity to Hato Caves. To be fair, this place does seem to perhaps specialize in seafood, which we did not order. That said, as much as I hate leaving negative reviews while traveling, I haven't had a meal this bad in quite some time.'Margherita Pizza?' DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. I have eaten pizza probably 2-3 times a week for the last 30 years, and this was probably the worst pizza I have ever tasted. I could only take one bite and that was it.The french fries were fine -- nothing special but edible. My wife said the chicken burger was only barely edible because she was so hungry, but she could still only finish about 1/4 of it.We ordered the cheese arepitas as a starter, and the cheese wasn't even close to melted...I was shocked they brought it out looking like that. The restaurant itself is okay -- decent rooftop setup with a view of the sea and airport. It does feel like an airport hotel (because it's at one).Service was neutral -- no friendliness or smiles, but I guess they weren't actively mean so that's something. I would have expected, "Was everything okay?" or any amount of interest when we asked for the check and had barely touched our food, but alas, nothing. We still tipped, and left to go find more food having felt like we threw $60 in the trash. If you do decide to go here, I would ask them what the best dishes on the menu are, maybe the seafood, and stick with that. Avoid anything else.
