Friendly owner, always helpful, excellent location for visiting Willemstad and the nearby excellent private Curaçao museum.Lies next to a 2x2 lanes road and near to the bus station which makes it easy to reach yet also creates a somewhat "pass-through" atmosphere (so less relaxed in comparison to being on the coast).Yet if you want to feel like living like someone from Willemstad, this is the place to be!

The facilities (rooms, pool) are really nice. Good AC.But the staff is so unfriendly and unprofessional that I still give one star. When we asked if we could leave one backpack for a couple of nights (unusual question on such a small island, admittedly, but we had our reasons) the lady at the reception laughed at us and then told us no. When I replied that I find it highly unprofessional of her to laugh at us she didn’t apologize, instead she shrugged her shoulders and said “it is a crazy question though”. Wow. Exactly how you want to be treated as a paying customer.

The hotel is great and if I am not mistaken is relatively new. The rooms are nice and clean, the bathroom is great, and the services are also perfect. The pool outside is great for an after-day chilling time with family and friends. The location is good and the price was also really good and competitive compared to others. Really pleasant experience!
