Thuishaven Boutique Mini-resort

What a GREAT place to stay ! We have been here 4 weeks in january 2024! and enjoyed every minute. This little resort is situated near all the beautiful beaches without any traffic jams. Also Willemstad is only 18 minutes by car. It is very nice designed and a lot of attention for details.. Good beds, sanitary and great service with (beach) towels and good cleaning. The hosts are really stunning which you hardly see nowedays. 5 star service and attention. As former CCO of a big resort company i want to give them a big compliment for their hostmanship! Very reasonable rates for what they offer. Go here and you will have a wunderfull vacation ! Highly recommended !

We had a wonderfully relaxing experience at ThuisHaven. The hosts were incredible. From before our arrival to our drop off at our next hotel, they were the most generous and gracious hosts we may have ever experienced. We stayed in the Tera Cora room for five nights which was perfect for us, equipped with a small kitchen we used to make breakfast. We had a garden view and enjoyed our time at the pool. It was a very quiet hotel which was exactly what we were looking for to unwind from the hustle and bustle of life in Toronto. We look forward to returning again. Thank you for your generous hospitality!

The owners of this guesthouse have poured years of experience into creating a wonderful atmosphere day and night into the gardens, and the sunken bar area where you can sit on barstools IN the pool ! The rooms are full of designer furniture and collectibles from the 20th century from their collection, and it's also a "haven" if you are a cat lover!The superbly presented custom breakfasts are different every day.They are still in their first year and we look forward to seeing if there are clothing optional weeks in the future as its the perfect place to sunbathe as the walls keep out most of the strong breezes that happen all year on Curacao.

Such a peaceful environment full of plants and trees. Start your morning on the hangmat or a dip in the pool. Studios are decorated with taste. High water pressure and fast internet. Secured parking lots for all guests. Kitchen to make coffee with horeca quality utensils, fast cooling aircond and I love the extra sofa to relax after a day shore snorkeling. Hosts are friendly and super nice💞. Thank you for such a good stay in Curacao.Reminder: Always close the door to prevent mosquitoes from entering!Other: water pressure seems to be a thing in Curacao. Previous other accomodation had issue with this. If you flush the toilet, you can't shower. Almost everything broke down...

We really enjoyed our stay at [THUIS]HAVEN. The hosts are super friendly and really helpful. The central location is fantastic if you want to explore all of Curacao by car and check out some of the best beaches for snorkelling. The apartments are very stylish. And the garden and pool are awesome, we swam laps in the morning and had a drink in the pool-side bar in the evening.

I had a wonderful time at thuishaven resort. The studio is nicely decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen and a nice lounge area. The pool and poolbar are perfect for a refreshing swim + drink. As a single traveler I felt welcome, comfortable and safe. The beaches nearby are among my favorites of the island (daaibooi, cas abou) and Willemstad is only a 20 minutes by car. I can also recommend the roti at the Nextdoor Bali restaurant if you don’t feel like cooking 😎
