Harbor Hotel & Casi Curacao

I was in Curacao for my birthday and originally booked with Kontiki Resort and decided, after seeing some not so favorable reviews, to switch to Harbor Hotel and Casino 2 weeks before my trip. I'm an advance planner, so this decision made me so nervous, but what a great decision! The grounds are beautiful and clean, the room had a beautiful view and the staff were amazing! They suprised me for my birthday with decorations in the room, champagne and a card. It was so thoughful! They also sang happy birthday to me when I came back from my excursion. It's located at a short walking distance to the gorgeous Queen Emma Bridge and the Renaissance Mall. I enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay again! Curacao was so good to me!

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Willemstad in the Otrobanda area. Our room was a corner room on the fourth floor with windows in both directions, one side with a view of the sea, Queen Emma Bridge and the beautiful Dutch-style embankment, the other side on Otrobanda with a large mural on the wall of the neighboring building. The hotel is very clean, spacious, they have recently made a modern renovation. The staff is very friendly, everyone speaks English. The hotel has a huge restaurant and bar where you can have a delicious breakfast or dinner. There are many restaurants, shops, cafes nearby. I highly recommend the Harbor Hotel

I used to stay in this hotel when it was Otrobanda. It was the best hotel to stay in. Loved it! My favorite hotel ever. I am totally sure that as Harbor Hotel 6 Casino Curacao, it has remained likewise. Unfortunately, I have not been able to come back again. I have gone at least 12 times to Curacao, hoping to come back again some day to stay at you facilities. By the way, I am writing this review because, a few minutes ago, I was talking with my fiance and we remember a tall, thin lady with glasses who used to cook omelette in the outside breakfast site. We stayed for a night at The Harbour Hotel. We live on the island and we were looking for a little getaway to celebrate our anniversary.Check in was a breeze. The receptionist took us to our room showing us many of the amenities along the way.We stayed in room 501. Right by the elevator, but did not hear any noise in the hall. The room was stunning. Big windows that open up and look over the pool to the habour. Soft lighting and beautiful gold fixtures made the room feel very sleek.We had a lovely drink down by the pool. The service was excellent.Throughout the entire property, you get a consistent feeling of luxury, attention to detail, and a resort style atmosphere.Well done Harbour Hotel we will be back and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the beautiful city of Willemstad.

I stayed at the hotel for a short vacation. I would recommend for those who want to explore the city and be close to the Queen Emma Brigde. The staff was mostly accomodating and helpful. I really enjoyed the egg shaped swing chair and the swings by the entrance. I also liked the pool area with the bar next to it. Having a view of the Handelskade waterfront from the hotel restaurant and lounge area is a plus. I had a room with balcony view of the harbor. What I didn't like was that the water in the shower wasn't always hot. There was also leakage from the AC. Its best to come prepared with your own personal toiletries like shower gel and body lotion. Overall the hotel is beautiful and good for short stays or as a base to explore other parts of the island.

One of the best hotel downtown Willemstad , capital of Curaçao , well located near at the Queen Emma moving Bridge with big and soft beds, a good breakfast and drinks next the swimming pool. The attendees are very friendly and helpful, there's a Cassino at the base floor where you can enjoy the after night at the various pubs and restaurants all over the city. I recommend.

Dishonest hotel, they rent a room with "Harbor and city views" while under renovations, you will get view to a scaffolding and a construction worker (see video). Drilling starts at 8 AM sharp.Restaurant is closed with no previous notice so you have to walk out for breakfast.Good location tho
