The Tugboat dive is one of our favorite dive sites. Its wall has valleys and overhangs it is magnificent. The Tugboat itself sits in only 15 feet of water, this is perfect for your safety stop it is also a great photo op while feeding the fish. Do to the shallow shelf it is an excellent place to snorkel as well.
