Advisable to have fishing gear out, we may catch some Dorado, Tuna or Wahoo, and we will grill our fresh catch of the day at Klein Curacao
Landed a Blue Marlon, yellow fin, and a tuna. Excellent trip, the boat Captain and first mate, did an excellent job putting us on the fish. I would take this trip again.

What a fantastic addition to a beautiful vacation in Curacao. For a birthday celebration, I joined some friends for a fishing expedition on a boat. This was fantastic from the start to the end. We were cordially invited on the boat by the two boat crew members Ramon and Egly. We got a nice welcome and introduction before the fishing trip started. Departing from Caracasbaai we sailed allong Curacao’s coasal line. What a beautiful way to view the island from another angle. All during the boat trip our guides were very attentive and patient, explaining everything to us, giving us anecdotes and nice little stories. We caught some pretty big fishes and had lots of fun on the water. There was a nice variation between peaceful moments just sailing across the water waiting for the fishes to bite and exciting moments while trying to reel in fishes.Our guides also made sure that we were well hydrated and that we had some nice snacks.At the end we even got to spend some time swimming, while they cleaned the fishes for us which we got to take home with us at the end. We heard that they offer this same tour but also with the addition that they grill the fishes for you on the spot. Well I guess we’ll be booking this experience for the next time. I strongly recommend you to book yours too. Having been born on Curaçao but living abroad for 20 years, I would strongly recommend locals and of course tourists to book such a wonderful trip because there is so much beauty that Curaçao offers, even on the sea.
