Great reception by Ilona. The place is close to some city's must see and you can get there walking. Room was clean and smell good. Bathroom is a little small.

Stayed there before the New Years with a friend. Upon arrival, we noticed that the room was VERY DIFFERENT than the pic, smaller, darker, tiny windows, showers had dangerously handing ceiling corners, no soundproofing, lots of cigarette smoke coming from the main area, and my friends bed sheets smelled like sweat, had to ask for another ourselves. Dirty kitchen, dirty pool. Gave them 2 stars on Booking, and the main manager messaged me threats on WhatsApp, calling me names. Well, he spoke about himself there, and his dirty overpriced hole. Fix yourself, do a favor to the world.

Had 6 very nice weeks at Boca Simon's. Magdy, Ilona and team thank you for the pleasant stay, your kindness and willingness to help with everything. Boca Simon is nicely centrally located and within walking distance to Mambo beach, Willemstad and the many top restaurants around the penstraat. In addition, it is recommended for people who go on vacation alone or with 2-3. It's very cozy and you quickly get to know people in the public space! Furthermore, there is also the possibility to isolate yourself from the palapas or the roof terrace if desired. Price-quality is nice in proportion! Don't expect the luxury of a 5 star hotel, the price is not for that either! All in all, a very nice complex, where your room is cleaned every day and your bed is made. Centrally located with friendly staff. Supermarket around the corner. And everything within walking distance you want to see more of the island, a car is of course convenient! very warm welcome and helpfull staff. relaxed atmosphere and different possibilities where to sit. from rooftop to around the pool. kitchen well equiped.

A very good experience the 2 times I came here. The place is relaxing,pleasant , it has a great common area with a super clean swimming pool, a patio, a common kitchen, book sharing, a big veranda with confortable sofas. It is almost always sold out and I do not wonder why.

Great location, great value, and *beautiful* establishment. The common areas were great. The pool area was fun and super enjoyable, and the giant palapa area on the roof was awesome! This place is under-sung in each and every way. The staff and owners are super friendly, helpful, and generally just awesome.

There are around 8 or 10 parking spaces inside the controlled gate, which is great, but they're a little tight. You won't be pulling your suburban in there unless you're extremely comfortable with driving. But there's a *giant* parking lot outside that, as near as I can tell, was just free public parking.

the biggest surprise was the communal kitchen that is open air all day, but accessible to guests 24/7. We did not expect that, but we will plan on coming back because of it. The great vibe of the place along with the convenient location and remarkable amenities make this place a no-brainer for future visits.
