Cast Away beach bar at Playa Kalki

The whole atmosphere for this place is great! Right on the beach with enough shade to enjoy a nice meal after snorkeling. Great fresh seafood meal and our server, Diane, was excellent! Definitely will come back here!

We had a wonderful experience here! Dayanne provided wonderful service and the food was great! Very convenient access from the beach and a relaxing vibe.

Since this year they call 20$ for a seat at the deck.The waitresses acted unfriendly, so we decided to take our lunch on an more friendly place.Two beach chairs under a parasol are 18$ - and it’s only for one side, means you have to pay double when you move with the shadow.Sorry after 10 years we are looking now for a more friendly area.

We love it here. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was the amount of fish we got compared to the pricing. But as soon as we said something about it… they made it better and bigger portion.Food has delicious taste!But other than that, waitresses are very nice, with patience.

We shared a box with 4 chicken wings, 4 cheese croquettes and ring onions, plus a small hamburger. The food is quite simple, but you can take a shower before eating and go to the bathroom. The location is awesome, close to Playa Kalki.

We’ve been here twice. The food exceeded my expectations and was delicious! I did have a burger that was not very good but the manager came out to address the issue. I don’t normally complain because I understand that things can be hit or miss. However, he explained that they were experimenting and didn’t get it right. He asked if I would like something else, if I’d like it removed from the bill and really made the effort to compensate. I honestly wasn’t asking and just wanted them to know for their own sake. That was extremely professional and genuine, and unexpected! So, great job and I’m sure that you guys will succeed!

Omg this place is amazing. We came here to check this beach out and loved it so much we stayed the full day. The bar and restaurant had great food and drinks. Lots of chairs and even canopy beds were 20.00 usd for the full day. The snorkeling was one of the best spots we were at.Loved castaways so much we are back here again today. And again did not disappoint

Spend a lot of money on drinks and snack food but when I wanted to use the restroom they made me pay 2 guilders. Come people that is not nice. Other than that it is a nice newly build place with a deck overlooking the ocean.
