City Suites Beach Hotel

Basic hotel and used to have a beach club across the street (and shown in online pictures). Beach club gone, replaced by a new condo building under construction.
Rooms are large and spacious. Friendly staff, Good value.

Not a beach hotel as another building is now in front of this one. Room was ready but not clean as there was sand and hair on the floor as we walked in. Shower also had hair and did not drain 4 of the 5 days we stayed. Sink didn't drain after 2nd day. Tried to get them to fix and clean and only promises. Two of the days coffee pods not replaced. Beds were rock hard. Front desk was kind and understanding but didn't resolve issue. Indicated we would be compensated for problems but didn't resolve before we left. 30 days later and countless emails and phone calls with no response. Find a different place to stay

Good service for the price! The rooms were fine, AC worked well, daily room cleaning, no complains. Great staff, helped a lot, beach towels every day, no fee.

You get what you pay for, I was really concerned with the sewage smell coming from the bathroom, I had one towel, only one in the room, no amenities like pool or gym or anything but a room soap 1 towel and a bed, the room seemed clean and nice, so many other options around, I wouldn't book there if it wasn't last minute for me to spend the night.
I tried to tell the lady at the reception about my feedback her response was: " Are you checking out?", this says it all, so I did not waste breath.

Best Location, Best housekeeping staff in the world ❤️. Felt like home. Felt like family. Stay here. Best 7 nights we have ever had in a hotel. Beach towles, water brought to the room, did not even need to ask. Parking garage right to room even floor. We will be back.

The best thing that I have to say about this place is that it has a great location and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, I took off two stars for the rest. When we checked into our junior suite, there were a few things that should have been functional/working, but we're not. The safe was locked shut, and we couldn't get into it, and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was on the shelf below, as was the next roll of toilet paper you were supposed to use. There were only two bath towels in the room, no hand towel, and they did not provide washcloths. We did have a kitchenette, but there were no paper towels, which they did not provide, and the kitchen towel was not there. Once we ask for all these things to be taken care of, they were promptly either brought to us, and/or fixed, including the safe and the toilet paper holder and one lamp that was not plugged in they brought in an extension cord and plugged it in. We also could not get the TV to work, and they immediately sent someone to take care of that. This entire area though is lacking for beaches it's all rock front there is what they call a small Beach you can walk to but it's not really one that anybody goes to if you want a nice Sandy Beach it's an hour walk almost to Mama Beach to the South. The cab fare is $20 each way or about a 9 minute drive.

Perfect for solo travel... I checked in at 10pm they ALWAYS have security outside the hotel which I loved. The security is very nice and helpful. The woman that worked in the office was very nice and gave me tips for next time. To the cleaning staff if I could give you 10 stars I would! My daughter loved coming back to our room and our bed was always made so nice and everyday they put it back like the first day. You can get a parking pass while you are there. I would strongly advise park on the street in front of the hotel to check in and pay for a parking pass FIRST. DO NOT park in the deck first they cannot reimburse you for that day. Parking is only $10 a day and you can come and go as your please. All of the shops are walking distance food is in walking distance. I would also advise going to the store because food can be pricey.

Got here late because my flight was delayed and there was no one there at the front desk except for an older man who was locking up next door and came to help us.

He had to told us we had sign and pay on spot. We ordered a room with 2 bedrooms. It was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the beach across from the hotel..
