This room was about equivalent to a Days Inn...It was close to the airport which was what I needed it for . The door looked as if it had been kicked In previously. I didn't feel as safe at night.

Again great place to stay. This time I had free continental breakfast included. But you have to pay for coffy and eggs.
I had a cooling fridge. Ask about it and they changed it to a real cold fridge. So always ask at the reception. The hotel is under going some construction. Bare with them because they keep on upgrading the hotel. The TV mount in the room is too high. But who has time to watch tv nowadays. Great and cheap place to stay close to the airport.

Zeroo stars if I could! I went for a job interview, there was a big miscommunication on both parties. But that wasnt my issue, the issue was how this lady from management who was working at the front desk at the moment handled the situation. She was EXTREMELY rude, vile, disrespectful and Unprofessional! She was also training another worker at the moment and was treating the poor worker like a doggg! I emailed them afterwards to complain about her disgusting behaviout but never heard back. I guess they just dont care or she's probably sleeping with the owners because there's just no way someone treats people like that and is still working there

If I could’ve given NO stars I would’ve. This is THE worst hotel experience I have ever had & I guess that’s because it’s a motel. Locals & security in Immigration were surprised when I said I was staying here because it’s a “hoe house” Definitely not worth it even if you’re staying just for a lay over. The manager was DISGUSTINGLY RUDE and said she’s not dealing with me cause I’m a little girl. I am 26 years old and I was the one paying for the stay. She kept speaking in Papiamento about me and my husband right infront our faces and she spoke English perfectly well.

We did stay at this hotel before - nothing special, tiny but clean rooms, as well as bedding.
Last night we arrived and had to face one dropped ball after another one. We could not book the room online since the website didn't except any of our Cr. cards, so we booked over the phone with email confirmation, the price on the website is $98.90, plus transfer from the airport $25 included, was aggred on. Upon arrival we were charged $135 for the room, AND $30 for the taxi on top! We could not get a hold of the manager (Saturday night, understandable).
The restaurant in the hotel wasn't operating - the owner could not come, we were told.
No other choice of diner within walking distance . Had to order take out from the menu we were offered at the front desk. Food arrived 45 min later, with no cutlery, had to use sugar mixing sticks

during my stay (3 nights in transit due to flight cancellation) I felt welcomed by the hotel manager and her crew. also, I appreciated the food delivery via external supplier : vegetarian food was all fine. thank you to all of you. stay healthy and happy all time.
