It's McDonald's. You know what to expect foodwise. Some items are "unavailable" for whatever reason more often than you would expect from such a franchise. I wish service would be more up to par with what McDonald's intends it to be, but overall you can't go wrong with McD... if that's what you likeOrdered a McChicken, paid and was then informed there is no lettuce... I get it. People make mistakes. He forgot to inform me while I was ordering... But what is up with not having lettuce...?

Service is good and they work efficiently, it's McDonald's so the food isn't great; burger patties are a little thin and bland, chicken nuggets feel taste like they are cut with vegetable protein. It's ok- can be really crowded in the evening.
