It's McDonald's. You know what to expect foodwise. Some items are "unavailable" for whatever reason more often than you would expect from such a franchise. I wish service would be more up to par with what McDonald's intends it to be, but overall you can't go wrong with McD... if that's what you like

Ordered a McChicken, paid and was then informed there is no lettuce... I get it. People make mistakes. He forgot to inform me while I was ordering... But what is up with not having lettuce...?

Very slow and they messed up order by not adding some of the items we ordered. So we were missing some stuff for the meal. And this happens a lot.

Service is good and they work efficiently, it's McDonald's so the food isn't great; burger patties are a little thin and bland, chicken nuggets feel taste like they are cut with vegetable protein. It's ok- can be really crowded in the evening.

Most unreliable compared to the others. Always check your bag before leaving. I have gotten attitude a bunch of times for no reason.
Food is good though.
