This was one of the best meals we had while in Curaçao. The ribs were top notch and the spicy shrimp were next level. Must try when going to Curaçao.
Excellent service!! Great place for some drinks while watching the alley come to life at night. Hoping the Drunken Flamingo is open next time we visit. The Rum Old Fashioned was perfectly done! Cheers,
My wife and I are on our honeymoon and we had just spent a week in Bonaire going to all the best restaurants, Roast Cannibal stands up against them all. The ceviche was the best we have had on our trip. The staff was friendly and attentive and all the food was competitively priced. We did not do the wine pairing with our four course meal but both of the cocktails we had were delicious. We really enjoyed our experience and next time we are in Curaçao we will be back.
Absolutely AMAZING experience. Sumptuous, local , Amazing service, excellent drinks . The food and the dishes are so incredibly carefully constructed, a choreography of colors , senses and tastes . We had the first time the octopus carpaccio, ceviche and fish of the day! We loved it so much and after some questionable experiences we came back the second time for Wahu smoked fish , veal and baked, eggplant . Everything is outstanding, extreme care and attention to details . Also the cuisine is super innovative that approach high culinary levels! Highly recommended
The food here was the closest I've ever had to a transcendent dining experience. I ordered the four course chef selection, and my vegetarian girlfriend had the three course since they didn't have a fourth vegetarian option. The plates consisted of3 Course- Burrata- Black truffle ravioli- Deconstructed cheesecake4 Course- Ceviche- Lobster bisque ravioli- Tenderloin- Deconstructed cheesecakeWe also ordered the paired wine selection, which I was skeptical of being a non wine-drinker, but ended up being perfect.I was a little disappointed that the final bill included a cost for all of the tap water we drank, which the waitresses didn't warn us about beforehand. However, it was inexpensive (especially compared to everything else) and not worth docking a star.It's a 5/5 for me.
