Great experience at Ross Rental. My husband and I were in Curacao for our babymoon and we had booked a car with Ross rental not realizing it was stick shift and we had to make adjustments last minute. Evelyn was so helpful she completely understood and went out of her way to help us. They did not have any automatic cars left for us to rent, she called up another business for us got us another rental and had one of her colleagues drop us off to the other rental spot. We were so beyond thankful for Evelyn’s help! Great customer service thank you so much for all your help!

Awesome customer service. Since the booking to the day prior to us arriving, we had constant communication over WhatsApp. They told us where to come and arrived promptly to pick us up. Their cars were well maintained and clean. When we go back, we will certainly go back to Ross for car rental over the big rental companies again.

Great service! Came to pick me up at the airport and delivered me a nice and clean car, that I felt safe and comfortable in during my holiday. Friendly staff, contact in the office and through WhatsApp was good and friendly.

Overall excellent experience. Great communication. Seamless pickup from airport. Friendly staff. Etc. But best of all, I encountered a personal issue on my vacation and they were very understanding and helpful in the situation - something you probably don't get with the bigger, more known car rentals. Would definitely rent there again.
