There was barely any staff, the room was too small, no food available but there was free coffee between the hours of 7-10am . The bed was very hard to sleep on and I could have heard the other guest in the next room television at 1am in the morning. The location is good because it's in the middle of all the stores and some food places. It was an okay experience but I won't be staying there on my next trip because they do not offer food.

Location is great! Rooms are clean and I gotta confess I had some doubts since it's one of the cheapest nearby but totally it's really great in price-value... good wifi (in fact, I'm rating them using their wifi connection 😅), it's so close to Queen Emma bridge, Otrobanda, Plasa Bieu, bus station... I'll definitely stay here again!

The service was tremendous and nothing to complaint.

Location is just perfect in the middle of the centrumgebied with restaurants and all the stores to buy clothes and souvenirs, including a pharmacy at 50 meters walking distance.

The rooms was perfect and i can't ask more for what i paid. i really recommend the place for a short stay or long stay, the prices are fair.

Clean rooms ,with daily visits from cleaning staff to replenish supplies . Helpful front desk staff and car rentals are available at the hotel. entertainment and a flurry of food options and live entertainment nightly,just outside the front door. Easy access to bus and taxi and daily waterfront fresh market if you prefer .

The receptionist Patty is an absolute star, and just for her professionalism, empathy and helpfulness I’d go back to this charming hotel right in the middle of Downtown. My flight was delayed over 14 hours and i was exhausted after 4 days of intense work (I love my job but it wasn’t a holiday so I needed the rest!). Arriving at the San Marco at least 2 hours before check in time I dreaded being told I’d have to wait… Patty was a true angel that day, let me into the room straight away, quiet, clean and with perfectly working wifi. I had a rest and then managed to have a beautiful walk around this gorgeous town, as the hotel is right in the heart of it, before heading back to the airport.
