Kick off your flipflops, dig your toes into the warm sand in our ocean front restaurant!
This charming, casual restaurant located inside an attractive boutique hotel offers one of the best menus that we’ve encountered on the island. Although not visible from the main road, overcome your shyness and enter one of the five colourful houses that form this unique complex. Then just follow the fairytale path to the end to find a candlelit open-air restaurant with a wide range of seating providing unlimited views of the ocean. Kick your flip flops off and dig your toes into the warm sand before sticking into your incredible meal served by friendly staff. You won’t be bothered with pages and pages of cuisine either as the management has limited breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts to a top five for each category, nothing more, nothing less. We recommend the catch of the day, but save some room for the sinfully rich chocolate souffle.

We really enjoyed our stay at Scuba Lodge this summer. The hotel is located close to the city center and there are nice restaurants close by. The staff is very welcoming and open to help out at any time. We liked the infinity pool even though it was a bit small. The rooms were clean. Overall the hotel is in a good condition.

the negative: There is construction during the week right next to the hotel which bothered us when we were chilling at the pool. On the weekend there was loud music at night from the bar next door. Lastly, we do not recommend using the loundry service as they overcharged us without any reasonable explanation.

Scuba Lodge was everything because of the staff! From the time I checked in, to the first welcome drink and throughout the week, the staff were the BEST! All of them made me feel welcome, safe, and well taken care of. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautiful. Housekeeping would come in every day and clean the room, thoroughly. The location was about 20 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of many cute restaurants. The restaurant at Scuba Lodge was delicious. The service was quick and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Right next door was another amazing little restaurant that served breakfast and lunch. The pastries they had available were out of this world.

The only recommendation I have for Scuba Lodge is to allow their staff to wear shorts. Jeans do not fit with the beach theme, they are hot and uncomfortable. I could not imagine having to work in such heat in jeans! The happiness of the staff is just as important as my happiness as a guest. These people are the reason I plan to return. They deserve any little perk they can be given. I was so sad to leave them but knew I would return! Scuba Lodge management, PLEASE take care of your top-tier staff because they represent your facilities perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and I will see you guys soon, hopefully in shorts!!!! :)

This place is great. Right next to an amazing dive shop, clean rooms, great food in their restaurant, and great service from all staff everywhere. Everything you need for a dive trip! And their house reef is awesome which you can dive at any time

The accommodation is beautiful, our room was very comfortable, fantastic views and a good location. The restaurant downstairs was good and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, as were the cleaning staff.
There is very easy access into the sea and it is a short walk to some great restaurants and local sights.
However, the welcome on arrival and the hotel reception did not impress, less than helpful, no welcome drink and lack of interest in providing any support. I have honestly experienced more welcoming receptions from hotels at motorway service stations.
If I am lucky enough to return to Curacao, I would probably look elsewhere.

The scuba lodge is perfectly located in Willemstad. The infinity pool is amazing for sunsets and was barely used by others during our stay.

The staff (reception, cleaning and maintenance) were beyond helpful and so so nice!

The unlimited number of free street parking outside of the hotel is so convenient and was a huge bonus.

Highly recommend!

I MISS THIS PLACE! I stayed here a little less than a year ago and I think about it all the time. It was exactly what I was looking for, not a big chain hotel but instead very cozy and welcoming also a great location- walkable to shops and restaurants and also centrally located so drives to beaches weren't terrible. All the staff was very friendly, at check in we got a small tour of the hotel. The restaurant was so good we had breakfast there almost daily (coffee is soooo good!) and the view is just perfect the tables are right on the water. Pools are small but I'm not there for the pool I'm there to go to the beautiful beaches but also the pool is still nice with a beautiful view over the water! We had probably one of the cheaper rooms but we were perfectly pleased with it... it was a little dark but we didn't mind we just went to the many shared balcony areas and ate or had a sunset drink (also we never even had to share the space with others so it felt like a private balcony anyways) The whole space is just colorful and happy I loved it.

I absolutely loved staying at this place. The staff was very nice. The room was clean. The location was pretty nice as well. Maybe a little bit of walk from the main area, but not more than 10 minutes. The restaurant that is located in the hotel was very nice as well. The pool area was pretty cool and I love that it has a little balcony area outside of your room that is shared by all the guests, and you can step out of your room to just enjoy the beautiful weather. I would definitely Recommend this please and I just want to say thank you so much for a beautiful Stay.
