Steak & Ribs

Service here was all over the place and really not good. Servers didn't understand English or Spanish very well nor the "done-ness" levels of steaks. I'm sorry but if you call yourself STEAK & RIBS, you need to know that medium is different from medium rare and medium well. The server wouldn't accept medium as a level. Then she never came back to the table again.Ribs were ok but a little crispy. Needed extra sauce but server never came back. Ordered Spanish potatoes and got wedge fries. Seafood soup was good. Picanha was good too but the place was overpriced more than at other places but in a capital city I guess that's the norm. Wouldn't return.Atmosphere, you walk up the stairs and get to an al.kat empty eating area. No host stand. We kept walking around and found another eating area and servers looked surprised to see us. We sat and it was a pretty lame experience.Napkins are like tissues here and not appropriate to eat ribs with.

The restaurant is located inside Rif Fort on the 3rd level. The restaurant overlooks the waters which is great for sunset views. The food was just okay, nothing crazy however the service was lackluster. My table was 1 of 3 & servers took 10+ minutes to fix me up with a couple drinks. We also received someone else's food platter which was sad since there were no other patrons around us. The sauteed vegetables I ordered never arrived. I was told the kitchen staff and servers were new and in training yet which was the cause for the delays and confusion.

Food was excellent however service was abysmal. The server has a scowl the entire time, would not split the checks, would not correct the bill, would not check on us. Charged us for four drinks we didn't even get but at that point we were so exhausted by the three hour ordeal the we just paid and left. Definitely a sour spot on our vacation and definitely recommend to avoid unless you have a lot of time!

We visited this place on a Wednesday night and it was somewhat busy.The cocktails were good. we ordered the grilled chicken and the grilled pork ribs. The ribs were good, but the chicken was really dry.We asked a server for ketchup and an other sauce, but never received it.

We loved this place! The service was stellar. The food so well seasoned and delicious. The drinks are terrific. Overall, we'd highly recommend this place! Everything is fresh and wonderful. The view is lovely too. We say oceanside and find listening to the waves and seagulls. It's worth the visit and easy to see why they have so many awards. Thank you!

Food was decent. They forgot my youngest sons food order and then comped his iced tea... could have done more. Servers could be more attentive. Manager was nice and fed the tarpon below for my kids. If you are in the area and in a hurry this works. This place is for the "cruise crowd," I'm certain you can venture deeper into the island for a better experience.

Check your bill! Steak and Ribs is not worth it when you have so many other establishments to choose from within walking distance. We dined ant Steak & Ribs and were thoroughly disappointed with our experience. Our main grievance was with the pricing and the lack of customer service. We ordered a child’s steak meal for our 8-year-old, which was clearly listed on the menu at $23. However, when the bill arrived, we were shocked to see a charge of $65 for what was supposedly an adult meal.Upon questioning the server about this discrepancy, we were met with an unsatisfactory explanation that he didn’t understood we wanted the skirt steak, not the kid's steak and there was a language barrier. This was clearly not the case, and it felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge us. Our child is barely 53 inches tall and weighs 60 lbs, he is in 3rd grade. He was clearly ordering the kids steak.Despite our polite attempts to resolve the issue, the server was unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to correct the mistake. This kind of dishonesty and poor customer service is unacceptable. We expected a family-friendly environment, but instead, we left feeling cheated and frustrated. We will not be returning to Steak & Ribs and advise other families to be wary of their billing practices.

Best place to eat steak and Ribs. Also the lobster and lamb-chops are delicious. For me a it’s they have one of the best invalid toilets of the whole Island. For me a must.We come here very often always good, Fresh foodGreat cocktails

The food was good. We could share a rack of ribs and some fries and it was plenty for two people. Their smoothies were very good too. Sitting inside an old fort and being able to look at the docked cruise ships and a resort beach and the ocean, is awesome.

Was on the fence due to mixed reviews but really wanted to eat on top of the fort, so we tried it. The food was excellent! I ordered Beef and Shrimp Brochette, which was great! He ordered beef stroganoff, which didn't have noodles but the beef flavor was very good. Service was quick and attentive, although we did arrive during a slow time at 5pm where there was only one other table. Excellent sunset view! Highly recommended:)
