We asked for his recommendations and he provided us with some great drinks and even better food. We left satisfied for sure. We sought out this place after dining here in 2018. I'm so glad they survived the impact of COVID and the drop in tourism to Curacao. Honestly, you won't find a restaurant with a more impressive view within a 15 minute walk from the cruise pier. Its really worth walking literally just off the beaten path to find this oceanfront, open air spot. We made a reservation online ahead of time and the restaurant was quick to respond by email. The server was attentive. When we didn't know what cocktail to order and just said surprise us with something pretty, he quickly whipped up a delicious layered cocktail. We ordered a surf and turf platter and everything tasted great. Our travel partners had burgers and sandwiches. Food was served hot and was excellent. Totally recommend for a friendly, laid back experience and the view can't be beat. Yes it's not fancy, but it's worth it to dine by the crashing waves.
