The Pancake Sensation

We found this place very disappointing. We were looking for something last minute with kid friendly options. The (american) pancakes were undercooked and the crispy chicken was overcooked. It did not look like the other reviewers' pictures on here at all (very pale). The chicken sate was also overcooked and a few parts were too cooked to chew. The sauce for it was good though.Service was poor. We were the only customer at the time and it felt like the server was dragging her feet to serve us and that she would rather be taking a nap. I understand if it's busy, but again we were the only customers at the time. We will give her some credit for bringing out some colored pencils and paper for my daughter. Still, my daughter didn't even eat one pancake since it was so soggy. We would have considered sending the food back, but my daughter was tired and we just wanted to go back to the hotel that to deal with an uninterested waitress at that point. When we asked for the check she disappeared for 10 minutes before bringing it out.

Very friendly staff and great service. The pancakes were amazing and very fluffy and you can choose what fruit or sauce you want with your pancake. Live Jazz music close, therefore very loud though. Beautiful location as well. 10/10 recommend if you love pancakes and jazz music.Edit: we visited twice 😊

Passed here going to dinner the other day. And passing again i looked at menu and happy i did. Has a lot of items to choose from. I got the coconut pancakes. The pancake itself is delicious. Cute interior too with pancake lights. If your passing through for breakfast or dessert from walking or from cruise i’d definitely recommend

We got here just as it began pouring rain. I wanted pancakes the previous day at the Renaissance buffet but they ran out by 9 so we decided to go here the next day. The service was prompt and the food made to order. I opted for pumpkin pancakes. It was a large portion of food and very much cinnamon flavored. My husband was happy to have French Toast. We'd recommend. The drinks are good and strong.

They have a vegan pancake! Unfortunately it’s a little expensive here and the one (giant) pancake comes just plain so you’re forced to spend money and add fruit to it but it was delicious and the service was excellent. They also have plant based milks for coffee! :)

Located at the Fort Amsterdam, in the middle of the main plaza mall, We ordered pancakes, Canines, bows of yogurt with fruits, everything was delicious and well served portions.

I ate here twice during my trip both times food and service was 10/10. Only issue was the birds. But overall I would recommend this place.

The food and service were fantastic. There was one thing bad that happened but it was an honest mistake. One that is easily fixed so I’m not holding it against them.They served our food to the wrong table then after a few minutes of sitting in front of the people (we don’t know if they touched it or not) picked it up off their table and served it to us. They should have made it fresh or at least pretended too.Luckily my friend isn’t a germophobe like I am. I would have left if that was mine. Or have asked for them to make it over again. And the staff is awesome so I do believe that if I asked them to remake it they would have. My friend didn’t care, he was hungry. And he enjoyed it a lot.My food was fantastic, the coffee was a little weak so I ordered an extra americano, and they treated us like royalty. I absolutely loved it and will be back.
