Scampis Curacao

For my first time out the country this restaurant was so beautiful. Starting with Ambiance - whether inside or outside on the water the view is amazing. After a long day of beach hopping and exploring Curaçao this was exactly what I needed. Food - Amazing I ate the tiger shrimp and home fries. Well seasoned cooked to perfection. But the Mexican oysters stole the show. I can call myself an oyster enthusiast but these set the bar extremely high. Service- my waiter was very polite, attentive, and a conversationalist. I changed my mind multiple times on what to eat and no matter how many times I went back and fourth he helped me make my final decision.

The lobster along with the shrimp and avocado appetizer were amazing! The staff was also pleasant, and service was quick. I would definitely Recommend Scampi’s.

What a beautiful place! The food was very good. Service was great! (For those not used it, “island time” is a real thing. know that this is an experience not a quick meal). It took us a few tropical vacations to get used to island time but now we wouldn’t want it any other way on our vacation! They worked with us for a surprise birthday celebration along with a song and even a torch candle! Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend the lobster and steak. Shrimp was good as well.

This is the place to go if you want to experience beautiful seafood, views, atmosphere and on point service. We were greeted at the entrance and brought to our table. It’s best to reserve but not during peak times but we had a beautiful seaside view. Our server Germaine Alberto was on point and took our drink order. We had a funny interaction because he had the same phone as I and thought he dropped it on the table.

We asked for certain kind of a wine that was unfortunately out and the Alberto made some good recommendations. After sampling we found the right bottle for our evening.

We ordered the Fried Calamari as an appetizer which came out to perfection. It was delicious and we also ordered bread which comes with Crab-salad on the side.

Our server Alberto was great at going through some of the options as we came for the Lobster Thermidor. There were several ways to prepare, so we went with the cheese cream sauce and recommended 1K each person.

So we ordered our own kilo and it would take awhile to prepare, but when you have a bottle of wine, time slows down. It was an excellent night to sit back and enjoy the evening, they even had fireworks going off in the background. Spectacular!!

When the Lobster Thermidors came out, it looked and smelled and tasted delicious. Well done to the kitchen staff that put this together! There was also an order of pasta fettuccine which was amazing! Everything was so fresh tasting with all the right textures.

Our server Alberto was fantastic and followed up on all the right times. Excellent customer service the entire journey. I would highly recommend him and the establishment. Great job to the entire staff, great positive vibes with some great dishes. Hit that like button if you agree!!

Patio furniture needs a bit updating but the amazing food makes up for it.

The food was decent, fresh the only fault I have was that the service could be much better, was a bit slow. As well as the menu they showed was a special for 25fl I got the surf and turf tenderloin and shrimp with French fries, a sprite and a dessert my friend had the mix grill with French fries as well with a cola and dessert. The price should be 50fl but instead we were charged 55fl.
