The “saga” started in 1969 in the French southern town of Montpellier, a beautiful student town in Provence where flavors from France, Spain and Italy blend. When Victor and Serge were at the faculty of medicine, their younger brother and sister, Michel and Monique were working in a pizzeria that belong to an old Italian man from Sicily. He was “The Pizza Master” and that’s where we got our fantastic thin crust pizza recipe. In the late eighty’s the Nataf Family decided to explore the new world and with their love for the sea and the sun they could not get any better choice than the Caribbean.
