Renaissance Wind Creek Curacao Resort

I absolutely loved the hotel and most of the staff were very friendly! We paid to get an upgrade into an ocean suite room to celebrate my birthday. When we checked in, the front desk offered to send me a surprise for the celebration which never came; this was a bit awkward. Another time, we ordered ice/glasses from room service which never came. But the pool was amazing and food was great. Be mindful that they are starting construction which was very loud during the day.Alexis was my favorite team member as he always has a big smile on his face and was always wanted to help make your experience great.I would recommend this hotel as it’s convenient to most places you will want to visit on the island!

The rooms are awesome and have great facilities in the rooms but no fridge. The views are different, not great when you don't have a beach view, but hey, how long will you be spending in a room anyway. The beach is man made joining on to a rocky beach, but it is like one of those pools. It feels like it links to the sea. The pool is great, and the views are amazing. Loads of shops and restaurants around the area and good walk experiences available. Breakfast is really nice, especially the fruit 😋It's got a casino, bar, and couple of restaurants but plenty eating around the area.

We stayed at this place for 6 days with our 10 year old daughter and had an amazing time. The food and service was great, the rooms were very nice.We really liked how close was to restaurants and shopping, but also 10 mins walk to the gorgeous city center.Although the hotel doesn't have direct access to a sandy beach, it has an artificial beach that was very nice. We got to go to the trendy beaches on a very easy and cheap taxi ride.I would definitely stay here again, and recommend for people that chose Curacao as a fun city destination too.

The location for this property is phenomenal! Lots of restaurants, shopping, and endless photo ops all in walking distance. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who offered ice cold water upon our arrival. Deidre and Christopher seemed to help us almost daily. Everyone we encountered was helpful, engaging, and genuinely kind. I can't wait to go back!!

Great experience for my birthday trip. Special shoutout to Deidre at front desk and Alexis our concierge for their amazing hospitality. We were always greeted with a welcome back from exploring. Bartender was nice, beach was relaxing and quiet, centrally located. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed here a week ago for a conference and had an amazing experience.The room was super clean and spacious, the ocean view was gorgeous, there are multiple restaurants on property and nearby, and shopping and more food walking distance across the bridge. The Starbucks on property was also helpful being pregnant and peckish.The best part of our stay were the people working there, especially Chantal, who made us feel more like family than our actual families! I’ve never felt more cared for at a hotel!

Really an incredible stay here. Over 800 nights notched with Marriott and this location is one of the better ones. Across the board the staff has been amazing!! Highly recommend go all

What an amazing stay! Had the best time at wind creek. The strong points of the hotel are definitely the staff/service as well as the location. The rooms however, especially the suites, could use a good upgrade and / or cleaning.We spent the first half of our trip in a suite. Having the extra space was great, but we were quickly disappointed after finding a lot of mold inside the bath jets as well as not being able to fill the bath or shower with hot water at all. The room was styled very nicely and was relatively clean besides the bathroom.The second half of our stay was in an ocean-view room. We were surprised to see that the ocean-view room, despite being cheaper than the suite, was a lot more modern and cleaner than the suite. For some reason the shower in the ocean-view room was able to get way warmer than the suite.The service and staff have been amazing during our stay. Special thanks to Alexis the doorman for the great recommendations and general positivity, as well as Luis of the front desk for our incredibly smooth transfer between rooms.Will definitely consider coming again, but will probably stick to the ocean-view room.

Jorge’s suggestions even inspired us to consider visiting the DR for our next adventure, a testament to the impact of his genuine warmth and expertise.Chris, the doorman, was another standout staff member whose attentiveness set the tone for our visit. From the refreshing welcome with water to his knowledgeable recommendations on how to best enjoy the island, Chris played a significant role in making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.Despite encountering issues with the hot water in our room, the hotel staff’s response was prompt and considerate, demonstrating their dedication to guest comfort and satisfaction. The presence of mosquitoes was a reminder of the tropical setting, but it was manageable with standard precautions, and it didn’t detract from the hotel’s charm, including its stunning infinity pool and the convenience of an on-site Starbucks.The Marriott Renaissance Curacao, with its exceptional staff, luxurious amenities, and breathtaking surroundings, provided us with a memorable getaway. Even with the minor challenges we faced, the hotel’s strengths shone brightly, anchored by the impeccable customer service from staff members like Jorge and Chris. These experiences underscored the beauty of the island and the warmth of its people, leaving us with cherished memories and a strong desire to return.

Great location! You can easily walk around town right from the hotel. Lots of shopping & dining options nearby. You can rent a car right across the street for longer trips. Comfortable king bed, good gym. Beach and pool area are very nice. Many good restaurants in the area, so we only ate once at the hotel restaurant once - it was ok.
