Beautiful sunset dinner. Make reservation before you arrive to assure you get in. Gorgeous view, wonderful meal and cocktails. Service was not rushed.

Made a reservation far in advance as this place gets full quickly. A happy birthday sign awaited us at the table, which was a nice touch. We really liked that they give high school students a chance to earn some money - our waitress was very nice, talkative and attentive adding to a nice atmosphere. The views were spectacular and a constant breeze was a cherry on top.

We went to the chef's 3 course dinner. The appetizer consisted of 3 individual bites, one with salmon, gazpacho soup and the excellent rice cracker. Both main courses (mahi mahi wrapped in bacon and striploin) were very good with tasty sauces and garnishes. What was kind of a let down was a mashed potato. It was present on both dishes !! and I'd expect much more from this level of restaurant. The desert was composed of multiple small desserts and they played very well together in a harmony. The coffee sauce connected them all together very well.

Plenty of parking at the restaurant. We booked a sunset table which was open air and had views of the bay, Queen Emma bridge, the cruise terminal and the industrial port. The service was excellent, efficient and friendly. We ordered cocktails (mojitos) which were particularly nice. The scallop starter was delicious and the steak was also beautiful. Perfect evening.

I recently dined at Fort Nassau in Caracas, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. The ambiance and food were excellent, but what truly made my visit memorable was the exceptional service from our waiter, Luis.

I am a person who uses a wheelchair, and Luis went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and safe throughout our meal. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive and proactive, assisting with navigating through the restaurant and making sure the table arrangement was accessible.

Luis’s warm demeanor and careful attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for. His dedication to providing an inclusive and welcoming experience truly set the bar for customer service. It was the best service we’ve ever received, and it made our dining experience at Fort Nassau exceptionally pleasant.

The food here exceeded our very high expectations. Yes, it was our most expensive meal, but we knew it would be that going in. Unlike some “fancy” restaurants though, all the food was delicious with unique flavor combinations that really, really worked! Our waiter was also exceptional all night, remaining helpful and attentive and never pushy. This was a very special meal for us (celebrating our tenth anniversary) and it didn’t let us down. So happy I made the sunset reservation and didn’t hesitate. A perfect first night on the island.

We had the tasting menu, the appetizer was a trio of small bite items (the tuna and gazpacho were great). The main courses were a mahi mahi and a striploin, both were excellent with great sauces and some great seasoning and spice. The meats were cooked perfectly as were the accompanying vegetables.

The dessert was a great plating of mousse, ice cream, lightly caramelized bananas, chocolate, and other flavors. A great finale to the tasting menu.

The cocktails we had were inventive and new, accessible without being boring.

The view during sunset was brief but very nice as it goes behind the mountains. Service was attentive and the pace of the meal was relaxed as the breeze rolled in after sunset.

Overall a fantastic meal and highly recommend.

went for our 35th anniversary. Our server (Kaylee??) was outstanding. Our table was by a window and had a great 180 C view of the bay. We did the chef's menu and enjoyed it immensely. For dessert, our plates were marked with "Happy" and "Anniversary" with a large sparkler. What a delight! We highly recommend stopping here for an amazing dinner experience!
