Ideal location. Quiet, great walkability to nearby supermarket and about 30 mins drive to other attractions. The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and cozy. It was quiet breezy so we didn't use the airco however at that price it wouldn't have been an issue. The pool was a wonderful addition to the already perfect experience. Simone was friendly, attentive and was always readily available on whatsapp for all our needs. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy resort. The price was good for what you get. It was central for our purpose. A good size clean pool to cool off.I compliment Mrs. Simone on her detailed oriented approach: The website has almost all details from A-Z and once you have paid, the remaining info is shared. She is also quick in her whats app response. This was my first time doing self check in and it went pretty Good.

I stayed at Kas Di Ala for a week on my first visit to Curacao. It's a perfect little Oasis in a peaceful,gentrified neighborhood.Had a well equipped kitchen and a decent bathroom.The fan over the bed was great,never had to use the aircon and if there were any mozzies it keep them away .The pool was a real bonus for a quick dip whenever I needed to refresh myself and it's surrounded by lovely palms.Centrum Supermarket was a few minutes walk.The little beach at the Niffo Huts is only a few minutes away if you want to have a dip in the ocean.Kokomo Beach is also a short drive up the coast although I hiked there along the coast from Niffo Huts.I really recommend Kas Di Ala for value and a Peaceful stay!!

Kas di Ala is a beautiful place in a perfect location, centrally located in the quiet suburb Julianndorp and very close to large grocery store - 2 min drive or 8 min walk. I am a solo traveler and felt completely safe and very comfortable in the Kolibrie (hummingbird) studio bungalow apartment for the week I visited lovely Curacao. I had everything I needed in the studio to prepare meals for myself. Simone is very kind and a lovely hostess, as are her two precious dogs that roam the parking area, which is gated. The grounds are a beautiful garden providing privacy to each individual patio area. The swimming pool was a fabulous bonus. Simone was very responsive and quick to respond to any inquiry. I also had my rental car waiting for me here at Kas di Ala and was picked up at the airport by the owner Uwe Iding of Drive and Dive Curacao. Much cheaper than an airport rental car and a perfect car. He will also take me back to the airport (8 min drive) when I leave. Simone can help you coordinate the car rental or you can do it online by email with Uwe yourself. I am extremely impressed with this accommodation at this price point and can truly highly recommend a stay here for your holiday. You won't be disappointed. Curacao is a beautiful Island to explore and the beaches are outstanding for relaxation, snorkeling and diving. I will return and definitely stay at Kas di Ala again! It's dushi.

We conducted quite a bit of research before deciding to come to CuraƧao and staying at an Airbnb. We were not disappointed. We spent 3 weeks in the Parrot 1 bedroom apartment, arriving on Christmas Day. If you were like us & havenāt travelled during this busy high season - it took some getting used to the people! You would never know it by the peacefulness we had at Kas di Ala. some of the elements that may be helpful for you include:ā¦ It is a short drive from the airport but you rarely hear/see aircraft so not within the flight path.ā¦ Simone (hostess) was excellent. Sheās nearby (lives in the front) and responsive but not hovering or invasive in the space behind. She welcomed us at the front gate and assisted with luggage as she reviewed the apartment. Our rental car wasnāt ready for a couple of days and she offered us to ride in with her into Punda! Very gracious. We had two issues arise during our stay, and she took care of them right away.ā¦ Centrum Piscadera grocery store is a short walk (8-10 min) away and has a large variety of groceries, alcohol and other products. The mall is a short drive (5-10 min) Carefour supermarket & other shops are there, with some different choices than Centrum.ā¦ The Parrot apartment was perfect for us. Comfortable outside space for dining and relaxing, the pool was fantastic and like all elements - well cared for. It has a full sized fridge and a multi use oven. We planned to eat the most of our meals here as we were here for several weeks. The apartment has all of the necessities for meals and we were quite functional and economical doing this. The one thing we noticed that was different (not necessarily bad) was the reduced amount of outlets. We are so used to having an abundance of outlets for charging, this took a bit of creativity. It was not a problem and we managed just fine!ā¦ There is a television in the apartment with an Amazon block. We travel with our own fire stick so we actually didnāt use it. Wifi could be intermittent depending on the time of day. The bed was quite comfortable, as are the pillows. Cleaning is done weekly and they will change the bedding and give you new towels. Our cleaner was amazing. Lots of storage space with the closet and chest of drawers.ā¦ There is a common use BBQ - youāll need to purchase some briquettes (and possibly starter fluid). Also a common use/group sitting area out by the pool under a roof, so meals/drinks/gathering here is also an option for guests.ā¦ There are two nice dogs out front, they bark when strangers come by/in the sliding gate. The gates are easy to move as the cars park within the gated area. You enter the apartment area through a gate and there is an awesome cat (Coco) that stays in the back fenced in area. She is super friendly but isnāt keen on being picked up.ā¦ A washing machine is available for use and there is a small library of books. Once I fired up the google translate, using the washing machine was easy! A drying rack is available on the deck. We found it takes a couple of days for items to dry here.ā¦ We did find there were a lot of mosquitoes. Particularly noticeable when sitting outside (both bothered in or around the pool). We purchased some coils and kept 2 going at all times when sitting outside and this seemed to do the trick.
