Every Wednesday and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm.

Departure point: Santa Martha Bay, Soto, Curacao

Route: Santa Martha, Blue Room, Playa Piskadó (turtles), and return with a beach/snorkel stop.

If you're looking for a comprehensive exhibit this museum delivers! The displays are in multiple languages and impressively detailed with additional video descriptions on certain sections. The owners have done an incredible job restoring the building and creating the exhibits. Definitely worth a second trip!

I found this to be one of the highlights of my trip to Curacao. The amount of history and importance Curacao has played throughout history was very insightful and had no idea. The museum is small but it makes up for the amount of information it holds. If you can dedicate an hour or two, I think you will find this museum very interesting.

Had a very nice visit to the maritime museum. The history was definitely about the island but also equally about the Dutch which makes sense but was unexpected. Most maritime museums on islands are about the island. I didn’t mind though.

The artifacts are nicely preserved and everything explained in three languages. I learned a few new things and was happy it was also air conditioned. Definitely worth stopping by.

Very beautiful and interesting, lots of artifacts to see, videos and audios. It was refreshing to see artifacts from long time ago. It's very cosy quiet, and with free WiFi. It was worth visiting. Great staffs too.
